運送、交付、退貨與產品養護
At NŌRIEN 紫今東方, each bottle is prepared as a seasonal expression of tea. To preserve the integrity of our sparkling teas, every order is handled with respect and care.
This Order Policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through drinknorien.com. Products purchased through restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, event partners, or other third-party channels are subject to the policy of the original place of purchase.
1 - Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review your order details carefully, including recipient name, delivery address, phone number, and email.
If any information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at client@drinknorien.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the courier, we may no longer be able to amend the delivery address or order details.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. In limited cases, NŌRIEN may be unable to accept or fulfill an order due to stock availability, payment issues, address restrictions, courier limitations, compliance requirements, or an error in product or pricing information. If this occurs, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.

本訂購政策僅適用於直接透過官方網站 drinknorien.com 進行的購買。若您是透過餐廳、飯店、零售商、分銷商、活動合作夥伴或其他第三方管道購買本公司產品,則須遵循原購買通路之相關退換貨政策。
1 - 訂單確認
訂單提交後,您將會收到一封訂單確認電子郵件。請仔細核對您的訂單詳情,包括收件人姓名、送貨地址、電話號碼及電子郵件。
若有任何資訊錯誤,請儘速與我們聯絡:client@drinknorien.com。一旦訂單進入履行程序或已交由物流公司處理,我們可能無法修改送貨地址或變更訂單詳情。
訂單確認郵件代表已收到您的訂單。在極少數情況下,本公司可能因庫存不足、付款問題、地址限制、物流限制、法規合規要求,或產品價格資訊出錯而無法接受或履行您的訂單。若發生此類情況,我們將主動與您聯絡,並在已收取款項的情況下辦理相應的退款。
2 - Processing Time
Orders are generally prepared within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, pre-order periods, and seasonal collection launches.
During limited releases, gifting seasons, private allocations, corporate orders, bespoke projects, or event partners, fulfillment may require additional time. Estimated delivery windows are provided for reference and may vary depending on destination, courier service, weather conditions, customs clearance, and seasonal demand.
3 - Shipping & Delivery
NŌRIEN ships through selected courier partners suitable for fragile glass bottles and premium beverage handling. Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available. Complimentary shipping may be offered for selected orders, destinations, or seasonal campaigns.
Orders may require a recipient signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or unattended delivery locations where safe receipt of fragile glass bottles cannot be ensured.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for receiving and safely storing the package transfers to the recipient. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
4 - International Orders
International shipping may be available by destination and order type. Delivery times vary depending on courier service, customs clearance, local regulations, import restrictions, and seasonal conditions.
For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees, import permits, customs brokerage charges, or local compliance requirements are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, delayed, or returned due to incorrect address information, unpaid customs charges, failed delivery attempts, local import restrictions, or recipient unavailability, any additional shipping, return, storage, or handling costs may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
5 - Receiving Your Order & Product Care
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If the outer carton appears damaged, wet, opened, leaking, or visibly mishandled, please photograph the package before opening it. We also recommend keeping all original packaging until you have confirmed that the bottles and gift packaging are in good condition.
Storage Notice: For best quality, bottles should be stored refrigerated after receipt unless otherwise stated on the product page or bottle label. Please keep bottles upright and away from heat, direct sunlight, freezing temperatures, and unsafe handling.
6 - Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at client@drinknorien.com.
To expedite your request, please include:
- Order number & recipient name
- Delivery address
- Photos of the outer carton and inner packaging
- Clear photos of damaged bottles, labels, capsules, corks, closures, or gift boxes
- Batch code or best-before date (where visible)
Please keep the bottle, cork, capsule, closure, remaining contents, and packaging until the case is resolved. We may need this information to assess the issue with our fulfillment team or courier partner. Where the issue is confirmed, NŌRIEN may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on stock availability, destination, and the nature of the issue.
7 - Product Quality Concerns
NŌRIEN is made from single-origin teas. Natural variation in aroma, color, tea haze, sediment, and seasonal expression may occur between harvests and releases. These variations are part of the character of seasonal, minimally interpreted tea production and do not indicate a product fault.
If you believe a bottle is genuinely faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of opening, and include your order number, batch code, best-before date, photos, and a description of the issue. Please do not discard the bottle, cork, closure, or remaining contents until we have reviewed the case.
Taste preference, seasonal variation, natural sediment, tea haze, or differences from a previous release are not considered product faults unless accompanied by a confirmed quality issue.
8 - Returns
Because NŌRIEN is a consumable sparkling beverage, returns are strictly limited to protect product safety and quality. Subject to applicable law, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened bottles
- Bottles with broken seals, removed capsules, loosened corks, damaged closures, or compromised packaging
- Products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery
- Products exposed to heat, freezing, direct sunlight, or unsafe conditions after receipt
- Products returned without their original, intact packaging
- Gift sets or limited allocations that have been opened, damaged, separated, or made incomplete
- Bespoke, private-label, corporate, made-to-order, or special production products
- Products purchased from restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, event partners, or other third-party channels
Where local consumer law provides a cooling-off, cancellation, or return right, NŌRIEN will honor applicable legal requirements. Returned products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. This policy does not affect your statutory rights for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
9 - Cancellations & Order Change
Orders may be cancelled or amended before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been packed, allocated, dispatched, or handed to the courier, cancellation or amendment is no longer possible.
For pre-orders, seasonal releases, private allocations, bespoke projects, corporate gifting, private-label, and special production orders, cancellation terms may differ and will be explicitly stated at the time of purchase or quotation. These specialized orders may become entirely non-refundable once sourcing, formulation, packaging, personalization, or allocation has begun.
10 - Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are generally processed within 30 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected, or after a claim has been approved. Your bank, payment provider, or card issuer may require additional processing time.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, return shipping, storage fees, or handling charges are non-refundable unless required by law, or unless the return is due to an operational error by NŌRIEN.
11 - Gifts
For gift orders, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method. If a gift arrives damaged, incomplete, or leaking, the recipient or purchaser may contact us with the order details so we can assist discreetly with a replacement or resolution.
12 - Purchases from Other Retailers
Products purchased from restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, event partners, or other third-party channels must be returned or resolved directly with the original place of purchase, according to their individual policy.
However, NŌRIEN may still assist with product quality reviews where batch information, best-before dates, and purchase details can be provided.

2 - 訂單處理時間
訂單通常會在1至3個工作日內準備就緒(不含週末、公假期、預訂期間及季節系列新品上市期間)。
在限定發售、送禮旺季、私人配額、企業訂單、客製化專案、企業送禮或活動合作夥伴期間,訂單履行可能需要額外的處理時間。系統提供的預估送貨時間僅供參考,實際送達時間可能會因目的地、物流服務、天氣狀況、海關清關及季節性需求而有所變動。
3 - 運送與交付
我們透過精心挑選的物流合作夥伴進行運送,以確保易碎玻璃瓶及頂級飲品得到妥善處理。可選擇的運送方式、費用和預估送達時間將在結帳時顯示(若適用)。針對特定訂單、目的地或季節性活動,我們可能會提供免運費優惠。
由於產品採用玻璃瓶裝且具有天然氣泡風味,訂單在送達時可能需要收件人親自簽收。我們無法將貨品寄送至郵政信箱、智能取件櫃或無人看管的交付地點,以確保易碎玻璃瓶的安全交收。
當物流公司將訂單標記為已送達後,簽收及妥善儲存包裹的責任即轉移至收件人。此規定不影響您在適用消費者保護法下所享有的任何法定權利。
4 - 國際訂單
我們可根據目的地和訂單類型提供國際運送服務。送貨時間依物流服務、海關清關、當地法規、進口限制及季節性條件而異。
對於國際訂單,除非結帳時另有說明,否則所產生的關稅、稅款、海關費用、進口許可證、報關手續費或當地合規要求,均由收件人自行承擔。
若因地址資訊錯誤、未支付關稅、多次投遞失敗、當地進口限制或收件人無法聯絡,導致貨品被拒收、無法送達、延誤或退回,在法律允許的範圍內,任何額外產生的運費、退運費、倉儲費或處理費用皆可能從您的退款中扣除。
5 - 收貨與產品養護
收到包裹後請立即開箱檢查。若外紙箱有受損、潮濕、已拆封、滲漏或明顯搬運不當的痕跡,請於開箱前先拍照存證。我們亦建議您保留所有原始包裝,直至確認瓶身及禮盒包裝皆完好無損。
儲存須知:為保持最佳品質,收到氣泡茶後應冷藏儲存(除非產品頁面或瓶身標籤另有說明)。請務必將瓶身直立擺放,並遠離高溫、陽光直射、冷凍環境或不安全的搬運方式。
6 - 損壞、錯誤或遺漏商品
若您的訂單在送達時有損壞、錯誤、不完整或滲漏的情況,請於收到貨品後24小時內聯絡我們:client@drinknorien.com。
為加速處理您的請求,請提供:
- 訂單編號與收件人姓名
- 送貨地址
- 外紙箱及內部緩衝包裝的照片
- 受損瓶身、標籤、鋁蓋、軟木塞、瓶蓋、封口固定物或禮盒的清晰照片
- 批號或最佳賞味日期(若清晰可見)
在案件處理完畢之前,請務必保留瓶身、軟木塞、鋁蓋、瓶蓋、封口固定物、剩餘飲品及所有包裝。我們可能需要這些資訊來與出貨團隊或物流夥伴進行案件審核。經確認屬實,我們將視庫存情況、配送目的地及問題性質,提供更換商品、商店購物金或退款。
7 - 產品品質疑慮
本品茶葉採用單一產地茶葉釀製。不同批次與季度釋出的茶品,其香氣、顏色、茶濁、沉澱物或季節表現出現自然差異,皆屬正常現象。這些轉變正是季節性、最低限度人為干預之茶工藝的獨特魅力,並不代表產品存在缺陷。
若您認為瓶內茶品有實質上的品質缺陷,請儘速與我們聯絡(建議於開瓶後24小時內),並提供您的訂單編號、批號、最佳賞味日期、照片以及問題描述。在我們審查該案件之前,請勿丟棄瓶子、軟木塞、瓶蓋或剩餘內容物。
個人口味偏好、季節性差異、自然沉澱物、茶濁微漫或與先前季度的風味不同,均不被視為產品缺陷,除非該瓶伴隨經確認的實質品質問題。
8 - 退貨政策
鑑於本產品為即飲型氣泡飲品,為保障產品安全與衛生品質,退貨管道受到嚴格限制。在適用法律允許的範圍內,我們恕不接受以下情況的退貨:
- 已開瓶之商品
- 封條破損、鋁蓋已拆除、軟木塞鬆動、瓶蓋損壞或包裝受損之商品
- 到貨後因儲存或搬運不當之商品
- 到貨後曾暴露於高溫、冷凍、陽光直射或不安全環境之商品
- 未使用原始完整包裝回退之商品
- 已拆封、損壞、拆散或不完整的禮盒或限定贈品商品
- 客製化、私人品牌標籤、企業客製、接單生產或特殊產量的商品
- 透過餐廳、飯店、零售商、分銷商、活動合作夥伴或其他第三方管道購買的商品
若當地消費者保護法賦予冷靜期、取消權或退換貨,我們將依法配合。退回的商品必須為未拆封、未使用、無損壞、完整且保留原始包裝。本政策不影響您針對到貨時已損壞、缺陷、錯誤或描述不符之商品所享有的法定權利。
9 - 取消與修改訂單
訂單在進入出貨履行程序前皆可申請取消或修改。一旦訂單已完成打包、分配、發貨或已交由物流公司處理,則無法再進行取消或修改。
對於預購、季節系列、私人配額、客製化專案、企業送禮、私人品牌標籤及特殊生產訂單,其取消條款可能有所不同,並會在購買或報價時明確說明。上述特殊訂單一旦開始採購、配方研製、生產、包裝、個性化訂製或配額鎖定,即可能轉為完全不可退款。
10 - 退款程序
經核准的退款將原路退回至原始付款方式,除非另有約定。退款通常會在收到退回商品並完成核查後,或在索賠申請核准後的30個工作日內處理完成。您的發卡銀行、付款平台或卡片發行機構可能需要額外的處理時間。
除非法律另有規定,或退貨是由於本公司的作業疏失所致,否則原始運費、關稅、稅款、退回運費、倉儲費或處理費均不予退還。
11 - 禮品訂單
對於禮品訂單,退款僅能發給原始購買者,並依原始付款方式退回。若收到的禮品有損壞、錯誤、不完整或漏液之情況,收件人或購買者可提供訂單詳情與我們聯繫,我們將低調、貼心地協助辦理更換或後續處理。
12 - 自其他零售商購買之商品
透過餐廳、飯店、零售商、分銷商、活動合作夥伴或其他第三方管道購買的商品,必須根據該通路之自身政策,直接聯繫原購買處進行退換貨或問題解決。
儘管如此,若您能提供產品批號、最佳賞味日期及購買憑證詳情,我們仍樂意協助進行產品品質的內部審查。
